Schedule

  • 1st and 2nd shift available
  • Shift differential applies to 2nd shift
  • Consistent schedule with optional overtime

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and/or operate Swiss CNC machines based on experience
  • Read and follow setup sheets, travelers, programs, and blueprints
  • Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
  • Adjust tooling and offsets to maintain precision
  • Recommend process improvements for quality and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Collaborate with Quality and Production teams
  • Complete required production and inspection documentation

Requirements

Entry-Level Candidates:

  • Mechanical aptitude and strong desire to learn
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, coachable

Experienced Candidates:

  • Swiss CNC setup and operation experience
  • Blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement
  • Ability to run jobs independently and mentor others

Education

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Technical/vocational training or machining certifications
